Terms of Service

Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Pioneerxity websites, applications, APIs, hosted AI features, and related support services. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these terms.

Applies to visitors, account holders, workspace members, API consumers, and integration users
Additional product-specific or order-form terms may apply where explicitly stated
If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization

Accounts and Access Control

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, managing access granted to team members, and ensuring that credentials, tokens, and connected integrations are used lawfully.

Provide accurate account and billing information
Keep credentials, API keys, and connected third-party tokens secure
Notify Pioneerxity promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse

Customer Data and AI Processing

You retain ownership of the content, files, messages, metadata, and other data you submit or connect to Pioneerxity. You grant Pioneerxity a limited right to host, process, index, transform, and transmit that data only as needed to operate the services you request.

Customer data remains your data or your organization's data
Processing may include indexing, embedding, retrieval, summarization, routing, and workflow execution
You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect and process submitted data

Third-Party Integrations and Google API Services

When you connect external systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft services, communication tools, or storage platforms, Pioneerxity accesses only the scopes and permissions you authorize.

Use of Google API data will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements
Connected third-party services remain subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules
You may revoke integration access at the provider side or inside the Pioneerxity product where that control is available

Acceptable Use

You may not use the services to break the law, violate others' rights, disrupt infrastructure, bypass security boundaries, or generate or distribute harmful content.

No unauthorized scraping, probing, reverse engineering, or abuse of rate limits
No use of the services to transmit malware, exploit code, spam, or unlawful content
No attempt to access data, workspaces, or systems that you are not authorized to access

Service Availability and Changes

Pioneerxity may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We work to keep the services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Features may evolve as models, integrations, and infrastructure change
Maintenance, incidents, or upstream provider failures may affect availability
We may change or remove preview or beta features at any time

Fees, Suspension, and Termination

Paid subscriptions, if applicable, are governed by the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase or in a separate commercial agreement. Pioneerxity may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security concerns, or material breach of these terms.

You may stop using the services at any time
Termination may result in loss of access to workspaces, automations, and synced data stored in the service
Certain logs and records may be retained where required for security, audit, fraud prevention, or legal compliance

Disclaimers and Liability Limits

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Pioneerxity disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law
We are not responsible for downstream decisions made solely from AI output without human review
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pioneerxity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
