We use collected information to operate the platform, secure the service, improve product quality, respond to support requests, and provide the AI, search, automation, and retrieval features you request.

Authenticate users and manage workspaces, billing, and permissions

Process content for indexing, retrieval, summarization, workflow execution, and other requested AI tasks

Monitor reliability, detect abuse, and improve the safety and performance of the services

Google API Services Disclosure

Pioneerxity's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is not used to train, retrain, or fine-tune generalized AI or machine learning models

Google data is accessed only for the user-facing product capabilities that you explicitly enable

We do not allow human review of raw Google user data unless you explicitly request troubleshooting or support that requires it

Sharing and Processors

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted subprocessors and infrastructure providers only as needed to run the services, comply with the law, or protect the platform and its users.

Cloud hosting, storage, database, observability, and model providers may process data on our behalf

We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process

If Pioneerxity is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may be transferred as part of that transaction

Workspace data may remain available until deleted by the customer or removed under account termination procedures

Logs, audit trails, and security records may be retained longer where needed for compliance or abuse prevention

Deletion requests may be handled immediately for some data and on a scheduled basis for backups or replicated systems

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your role and applicable law, you may be able to access, update, export, or delete certain information and revoke access to connected third-party accounts.
